A Space for Grounded Healing

To start each day in the office I honor the wisdom handed down to me and spend time grounding. Additionally, PEMF is used with every visit. The techniques and technologies worked into the sessions create a calm, reassuring environment for healing where your body can find its natural rhythm to move towards balance and vitality.

The Heart of the Visit

1
A Warm Arrival

Your journey begins the moment you enter. I invite you to pause, breathe, and settle in.

2
Deep Listening Intake

We have conversation about your history and needs. This is a space where your story is held with respect.

3
Physical Diagnosis

I may feel your pulses, abdomen, arms/legs, and ask to see your tongue. The gentle palpation techniques provides immediate feedback on your body's internal state, guiding the unique path of your treatment.

4
Acupuncture

As you rest comfortably on the table, needles are placed with precision.

Sometimes more than one type of acupuncture is used during session. For example, often I address a specific area of pain or numbness before addressing any elemental imbalances that harmonizing the system. This may looks like 2 or 3 treatments in 1 session.

Many times, you may drift into a restorative 'acu-nap' as your body finds its center.

5
Bodywork

If indicated, other modalities may be used such as cupping, muscle energy techniques, gua sha, or fascia massage to name a few.

The Language of the Body

During your treatment, you may encounter a range of sensations. This is often framed as the body finding its own internal rhythm again. You might feel a gentle heaviness, a warm spreading glow, or a subtle tingle that travels along a pathway. These are positive signs of your nervous system shifting from 'fight or flight' into a restorative state of healing. Often, clients fall asleep.

Some people find these sensations deeply grounding, while others may feel curious about them. All questions are welcomed as I want to ensure you feel safe, heard, and supported as your body begins its return to harmony.
